We've just completed a week's holiday here. The house is stunning!! Has everything you will ever need. The disabled access and bottom floor bedroom with wet room was perfect for elderly grandparents. The games room is brilliant, and kept the kids entertained for hours!! Lovely little touches like speakers throughout the house and bt TV just made the evenings more enjoyable. The views are incredible, and we sat most nights enjoying a drink whilst relaxing outside. We have had the best time and haven't wanted for anything during our stay. Big thumbs up from all three of our families who stayed.

We stayed at Sharpnage House for a 3-generation family birthday celebration weekend and it was honestly one of the best decisions we have ever made. The house is so thoughtfully kitted out - this is not the sort of place where you find the mirror is 18feet away from the nearest socket! The rooms are large and exceptionally clean, the kitchen is so well equipped, the games room was brilliant and the generous welcome hamper was the icing on the cake. It was really like someone had taken all the stress out leaving us just to enjoy a fabulous time away. I can’t recommend this place highly enough.

Fantastic spacious house for a large family gathering, set in a beautiful tranquil location. Well appointed home with all the finer details considered, including the games room, catering for young and old. Andrea was great to deal with to ensure we had a brilliant stay. Look forward to our return visit!

Our second visit to both Sharpnage and Little Canwood for a family reunion -and its perfect! Spacious, comfortable, and extremely well furnished and equipped, both houses offer a relaxed and smart environment for entertaining and chilling. Comfy beds, quality linens, little extras to welcome guests and an extremely helpful and quick to respond host in Andrea all add to the experience. The gardens and outlook are simply fabulous, the games room as something for all ages and the houses sit in a beautiful part of the world.

We booked both properties which are quite different but both beautiful, well maintained and equipped. It is a lovely rural location and the sculpture gallery up the road was a good place to visit. The games room is excellent and actually had all the equipment to play pool, table tennis and table football, nothing missing or broken! A great place to stay and the dealings we had with staff/ managers was all really positive.
